By downloading or using Bedbolt you agree to these terms and to Apple's Licensed Application End User License Agreement.
Subscriptions
- Bedbolt offers auto-renewable subscriptions (weekly and yearly plans; prices are shown in the App before purchase). Some plans include a free trial of 7 days.
- Payment is charged to your Apple ID account at confirmation of purchase, or after the free trial ends.
- Subscriptions renew automatically unless cancelled at least 24 hours before the end of the current period. Your account is charged for renewal within 24 hours before the end of the current period.
- You can manage or cancel subscriptions in Settings › Apple ID › Subscriptions. Any unused portion of a free trial is forfeited when you purchase a subscription.
- Refunds are handled by Apple under its policies.
Use of the App
Bedbolt is an alarm and habit tool. It is not a medical or safety device. Do not rely on it as the sole alarm for critical events.
Intellectual property
The App and its content are owned by the Bedbolt team. You may not copy, modify or distribute them.
Disclaimer and limitation of liability
The App is provided “as is”. To the maximum extent permitted by law, we are not liable for indirect or consequential damages arising from use of the App.
Termination
We may suspend or terminate access for violations of these terms.
